2 lbs. round steak (1" thick)
3/4 cup flour
2 cups chopped onion
2 tsp. fat
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/2 cups tomatoes or chili sauceRecipe
Fry onions in fat and remove from pan. Pound flour into steak and
brown on both sides. Cover steak with onions, mustard, salt, pepper,
garlic, water and tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat 1 1/2 hours.
May also be baked in 350 oven.
