Tenderized round steak
Flour
Cracker crumbs
Beaten eggs
Oil for frying
Recipe
Cut meat in 1/2" slices. Mix flour and cracker crumbs (half and half).
Beat
eggs with a little water. Dip meat strips in flour mixture, then egg
mixture,
then flour mixture again. Fry in hot shortening until done. Serve with
cocktail
sauce, sour cream/horseradish mixture or cream gravy for dipping. Use
proportions to fit your family.
