THEN SET ON UNGREASED BAKING SHEET
1 RECIPE OF BISQUICK LIKE BISCUIT DOUGH
6 EGGS
3 CUPS OF SHREDDED BOILED POTATOES OF CHOICE
2 OUNCES OF SHREDDED CHEESE OF CHOICE
1 THINLY SLICED ONION
1 POUND VEGETRABLES OF CHOICE
3 CUPS WHITE GRAVY
POPPY OR SESAME SEEDS
ROLL BISCUIT DOUGH INTO A 13 X 5 INCH
RECTANGLE...YOU MAY
TINT YOUR DOUGH WHILE MIXING IF YOU LIKE ,AND
ADD SEEDS,
SPICES ,OR HERBS.
SAUTEE ONIONS...I STEAM MINE.
COOK VEGGIES,
SCRAMBLE ALL WITH EGGS,MIX WITH A CUP OF THE
SAUCE AND
CHEESE.
FILL THE DOUGH LEAVING A 1/2 INCH AT ALL SIDES.
BRING LENGTH SIDES TOGETHER IN THE MIDDLE
AND PINCH
TOGETHER FOR A SEAL.
PINCH ENDS CLOSE.
WITH A FORK TINES MAKE PERFORATIONS 1 INCH A
PART.....BEND INTO RING SHAPE AND BAKE.
I FILL MINE RIGHT ON THE UNGREASED BAKING
SHEET....AS IT
WOULD BE VERY HARD TO TRANSFER FILLED.
YOU MAY BRUSH WITH EGG WHITE IF YOU LIKE AND
SPRINKLE ON
SEEDS,NUTS OR HERBS .
BAKE IN 375 F DEGREES OVEN UNTIL DOUGH IS
COOKED.
SLICE AT INCH PERFORATIONS AND SERVE 3 SLICES
FOR EACH
SERVING.
POUR THE WHITE SAUCE OVER REMAINING SERVING.

HOMEMADE NOODLE BROTH
WE ARE DOING BEEF WITH SPATZEL
POTATO PANCAKES
4 cups potato
1 1/3 cup onion
2 eggs
flour
black pepper
put half of poato and onion in blender..with a litle
water
as possible
grate and strain
pour in a bowl add flour to make a thick batter
and black pepper to taste.
fry in hot oil.
drop into frying skillet , spread mixture that has about
1/3
inch preheated hot oil... I do mine on medium heat.
fry to golden brown and crisp and throughly cooked.
APPLESAUCE
1/2 cup per serving
We are having homemade strawberry/ pear sauce
CRANBERRY/ GINGER TEA
ICE WATER
FRUIT OVER CAKE.
1/2 cup fruit per serving.

20 LARGE WONTON WRAPPERS
1 DARK MEAT CHICKEN PACKET FROM CHICKEN

3 CUPS COOKED RICE
1 POUND COOKED VEGGIE FILLING FOR EGG ROLL
spray won tons with pam like spray and put into muffin
pan
to make 20 cups bake until crisp.
fill the cups when done with warm filling and serve
with
condiments
filling:
mix rice , meat and veggie filling and serve in wonton
cups...5 per person.
my veggie filling is cooked bean sprouts,onion,
mushroom,celery ,soy sauce and homemade
mushroom soup as
binder.I have this coOked mixture frozen in freezer and
just
need to heat up.
