    BANANA CHCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
    1-1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tablespon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup sugar
    mix above ingredients
    add
    1 mashed banana
    1 -1 1/2 cups milk
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
    mix in mixer until just blended fold in 1/2- 1 cup
    chocolate chips
    Bake on greased 325 F degree electric griddle. turning
    pancakes once. Make in 1/4 cup pncakes or silver dollar size
    ones.
    HOT CHCOLATE MILK
    FRESH ORANGE/GRAPEFRUIT CUP
    1/2 CUP PER SERVING
    WATER

    LUNCH/DINNER
    LARGE BOWLS OF HOMEMADE GARLIC/CHICKEN BROTHS VEGGIE SOUP
    Use 2 cup garlic broth stock and 2 cups chicken prep chicken
    stock from freezer adding 2 cups of veggies on hand.Heat and
    serve.
    ENCORE SPAGHETTI
    WATERGATE SALAD
    1 package instant pistacho pudding made according to
    ddirections using 1/2 the milk called for.
    1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream.
    2 cups crushed pineapple
    mix the above ,chill and serve

    ESSENCE WATER OVER CRUSHED ESSENCE WATER ICE
    ALMOND/CHERRY COOKIES
    I adapt this following recipe by using 1/2 a teaspoon of
    real vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon almond extract. I will
    just make half a recipe.
    Jell-O Cookies
    3 1/2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
    1 cup sugar
    2 packages (3 oz.) Jell-O, any flavor
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Prehad oven to 400 F.

    Mix flour and baking powder in medium bowl. In large
    bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and one package of
    Jell-O. (Reserve second package). Beat in egg and
    vanilla. Add flour mixture in three portions, mixing well
    after each addition.

    Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking
    sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass, and sprinkle with
    reserved gelatin.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until very lightly browned.
    (Overbaking will hide the pastel Jell-O coloring!) Remove
    from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Makes about 5
    dozen.

    DINNER/SUPPER
    FRIED CENTER CUT BONELESS PORK CHOPS
    center cut pork chops
    buttermilk
    egg
    a mixture of very finely crushed cornflakes and all purpose
    flour
    dip pork chops in plain flour,
    then mix egg and buttermilk
    dip floured chops in egg mixture. then into flour/cronflake
    mixture. Let set about 15 minutes until pasty looking. fry
    in hot oil over medium high heat.

    MASHED POTATOES
    WHITE GRAVY
    1 quart:
    3 2/3 cups water
    1 1/3 cups instant non fat powdered milk
    6-8 tablespoons flour
    seasonings to taste
    mix in blender...to advoid lumps.
    Pour into pot and while stirring constantly bring to a boil
    over medium high heat. Reduce heat and while still
    constantly stirring cook over low heat until thickened and
    floury taste is gone.
    FRENCH CUT STYLE BACON/VINEGAR GREEN BEANS
    CORN
    FLAKED RASPBERRY GELTAIN CUPS WITH HALF A SNOW PEACH
    WATER
    1 package of flavored geltain made according to direction.
    when cool and set, take out of fridge and using a fork flake
    the geltain.
    Then put into champange glasses and top with snow peach.
    LEMONADE TEA
    3 PARTS TEA/1 PART LEMONADE
    CARROT/PINEAPPLE/RAISIN MINI CAKES
