    ALL THESE MEALS COST UNDER $2.00 each complete meal for 4
    or 50 cents per person
    BREAKFAST
    BANANA STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
    8 slices stale bread.-we love cinnamon or
    sourdough
    2 eggs
    and buttermilk or canned milk [do not use
    fresh or powdered] to thin eggs
    2 teaspoons real vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    sugar to taste
    4 small bananas
    Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cornstarch,sugar.
    Dip a slice of bread into egg mixture cover
    with sliced banana and dip another slice
    into egg mixture ; press edges
    together, with banana inside. Fry in hot oil. I
    use corn oil. These are really filling, serve with
    syrups, jams, p-nut butter .
    PINEAPPLE/ BANANA JULIUS
    2 cups pineapple juice
    4 cups crushed ice
    2 bananas [cut into 1 inch chunks] , frozen is great
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    liquify in blender all above ingredients, Serve.
    HOT SPICED TEA

    LUNCH/DINNER
    GARLIC HAM BROTH/CABBAGE/BARLEY /POTATO SOUP
    This is broth from making garlic ham, no ham in it,from
    freezer, Will add barley,green cabbage [from freezer] and
    peeled russet potatoes chunks.
    DEVILED EGGS
    2 per person,
    HOMEADE DATE NUT BREAD /CREAM CHEESE SANDWICHES
    FRUIT COCKTAIL GELTAIN
    1/2 cup fruit per person mixed into 2 cups geltain
    We are having sugar free watermelon geltain and peach
    geltain
    WATER
    GREEN APPLE KOOL-AID
    "ENCORE" DESSERT OF CHOICE
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    DINNER/SUPPER
    POTATO PANCAKES
    3 parts potatoes
    1 part onion
    groung black pepper [optional]
    grate above in blender
    strain , mix with flour and egg to make a thick batter...not
    too floury
    fry in hot oil over medium high heat. Flatten batter with
    spatula.
    APPLESAUCE
    1/2 cup per serving
    COLD RICH HOT CHCOLATE MILK
    WATER
    PUMPKIN CUSTARD SQUARES
