BREAKFAST
makes 6 servings
Mexican Eggs OLÉ
Ingredients:
4 beaten eggs
1/2 Stick of butter
2-3 drops Tabasco
1/2cup Bisquick
1/2 cup of shredded chedder cheeese
8 oz cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk
11 oz can Mexican corn, drained
Beat all ingredients in large bowl and pour into a greased
pan. Bake
in 350° preheated oven for 30
-40minutes or until light brown. Cut into 6 squares and top
with sour
cream and salsa.
Serves 6

This is a good time to clean out the cheese bin.
you will want to make individual platters [I use saucers].
You will
want an ounce of cheese per
person.
We are using up cheese spreads..so I will put out some
crackers.

SPARKLING JUICE SERVED IN CHAMPAGNE OR WINE GLASSES
We have apple and cranberry apple. We will serve the
sparking apple.

CHICKEN POT PIE
1 chicken packet
1 pound mixed of vegetables
4 cooked large peeled and cubed potatoes
2-4 cups of chicken gravy mde from our chicken stock
one pie crust for top of pie, if you are making your own
crust ,you
may want to add a few herbs for
added flavor.
BAKED PEACHES OR OTHER FRUIT
I am making canned peach halves and apricot, that are
leftover.I am
flavoring them with almond
extract in the liquid from the fruit.
