Am mixing half garlic broth with 1/2 chicken broth from
freezer.
12 ounce mug per person, serve with alemon wedge.
chicken broth free from chciken prep.
STUFFED PIZZA RING...40 CENTS PER PERSON
1 batch of pizza dough
We have a packet of italain sasuage in green bell peppers
and red sauce from last fall harvest season.
I am adding black olives, plain green olives, cheeses,
onions, fresh tomatoes.
Making the classic pizza ring , take the pizza dough and in
a round pan , spread it out, close to the outer edge
spread filling, top with cheese and garishes.
Next make an 8-12 star shaped slice in the center of the
dough.
this is just making 4-6 diagonal lines cross each other in
circle shape, forming 8-12 wedges. The point of eachpiece of
dough in the center.
Take a point and pull it backwards to the edge of the crust
and tuck under. Do this to all of them and you know have a
pizza ring.
Bake in 400 f oven until done.

Marmiate artichoke hearts, tiny carrots, fresh tomatoes, raw

Taking chunks of fruit from freezer and processing them with
a bit of lime juice , just pulse a few seconds a few times.
We are using bananas .

DINNER/SUPPER...COMPLETE MEAL ....54 CENTS PER PERSON
BISCUIT CHICKEN PINWHEELS WITH GRAVY.....15 cent per person
1 cooked chicken meat packet
1 quart of chicken gravy made from chicken stock
1 batch of biscuit dough. BLM works excellent for this.
Roll out biscuit dough in to rectangle, mix chciken and 1/2
the gravy, spread over dough, and then roll dough in to log
shape.
Cut log into 1 inch thick slices and baked in greased baking
pan until done.
Serve individual pinwheels topped with gravy. serving size
1/4 of batch of pinwheels.

SUGARLESS WATER MELON MOUSSE IN THE CENTER OF ROUND WATER

Whip homemade sweetened whipped cream with thicken but not
firm set geltain and keep in fridge until firm.
Then slice watermelon rounds 1/2-1 inch thick, remove to
plate. Take out centers and fill with mousse. I then take
chunks removed and put on mousse for decorations.
