    BREAKFAST
    PUMPKIN PANCAKES
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups BLM
    2 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 cup pumpkin/squash puree
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or ground cloves
    beat eggs with mixer [on high speed] until creamy yellow and
    thick, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Pour batter onto greased hot griddle set at 325F degrees.
    Pour by 1/4 cup size ontogriddle bake until edges brown and
    surface bubbuly. Turn and serve.
    HOT PUMPKIN PIE SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE MILK
    I brew pumpkin pie spice with water,strain add canned milk
    and sweetned powder hot chcolate mix.

    BEAN SOUP
    OYSTER CRACKERS
    HOMEMADE PITA POCKETS FILLED WITH LEAF
    LUTTUCE/TOMATOES,BLACK OLIVES/"CHICKEN PICKIN PACK" AND EGG
    SALAD
    PITA BREAD NOTE FROM JO...I WILL JUST MAKE A THIRD OF THIS
    (Makes 15 Small Flat Breads)
    3 pkg. active dry yeast
    4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    9 1/2 to 10 c. all-purpose
    flour
    cornmeal

    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water in large bowl. Stir
    in remaining 3 cups warm water, salt, sugar, oil and 6 cups
    flour; beat until smooth. Mix in enough remaining flour to
    make dough easy to handle. Knead dough on lightly floured
    surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place in

    greased bowl; turn greased side up. Cover; let rise in warm
    place until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch down dough; shape into 15 rounds. Cover; let rise
    in warm place for 30 minutes. Sprinkle baking sheets with
    cornmeal. Roll each round on lightly floured surface into
    circle, about 8-inches in diameter. Place 2 circles 2-inches

    apart on each baking sheet. Cover; let rise in warm place
    for
    30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 500 degrees. Bake pita bread until puffed and
    light brown, about 10 minutes. Cool completely; refrigerate
    tightly wrapped. Serve bread warm.
    FAT FREE BANANA SHAKE
    Frozen bananas,
    frozen crushed vanilla cubes,
    instant banana pudding
    milk
    liquify all in blender
    ASSORTED TWO BITE CAKES
    Baked in mini muffin pans

    EGG DROP SOUP
    SWEET AND SOUR PORK
    1 part ketchup
    1 part sugar or sweetner
    1 part real apple cider vinegar
    to make sweet and sour for chinese foods add cornstarch
    to thicken and stirring constantly
    bring to a boil over medium heat turn to low and stir
    constantly until mixture becomes clear...serve..you may want
    to add pineapple,bell peppers,maraschino cherries.This is a
    standard recipes used in the best chinese restraunts .
    I like to add one part pineapple juice to mine.Serve over
    batter fried fried pork cubes.

    BROCCOLI MELODY STIR FRY
    GREEN SPICED TEA
    WATER
    FRUIT FILLED FRIED WONTON
