    Marinade Ingredients:

    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 ½ tsp onion salt
    1 ½ tsp seasoned salt
    1 ½ tsp oregano
    1 ½ tsp cumin, ground
    ½ tsp chili powder
    ½ tsp paprika
    ½ tsp red pepper
    ½ tsp pepper

    Ingredients to Marinate:

    1 lbs beef (or chicken), sliced thin (about 3" x 1" strips)
    ½ c onion, sliced thin
    ½ c green pepper, sliced thin
    ½ c red pepper, sliced thin

    Ingredients to Cook & Serve:

    3-4 tbsp oil
    ½ c green onions, thinly sliced
    tortillas
    Sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix together the ingredients for the marinade. Add your meat, onion
    and
    peppers, Shake well and marinate for 3 hours or more.

    When ready to sizzle, heat 3-4 tbsp oil in skillet. Pour in the meat
    mixture. (Don't drain.) Stir and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes or
    until the meat is done.

    Remove from heat and toss in ½ cup thinly sliced onions. Serve.
