    1 1/2 cups cornmeal-yellow or white
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tsp.chili powder
    2 tsp.salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp paprika
    Optional: 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Combine mix ingredients. Instructions: To make fried fish moisten the
    fish with buttermilk and roll in the mix. Heat 3" of vegetable oil to
    375 degree F. Fry one to two pieces at a time until golden brown.
