1 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
3 ripe bananas
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and flour a
loaf or muffin pan.
2. Beat the sugar and margarine with an electric
mixer. When creamy, add the eggs, baking soda, flour,
vanilla, and salt. Have your preschooler mash the
bananas with a fork and then you mix in the bananas.
3. Bake at 350°F for about 18 to 22 minutes (baking
time will vary depending on your oven) Makes 2 loaves
or 18 muffins.
