    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 cups fresh strawberries (cut in half)
    1 1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup butter (melted)
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease and flour muffin tins or line with papers.
    In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, strawberries, raisins and butter.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Stir dry ingredients into strawberry mixture until just moistened;
    batter will be thick...do NOT overmix.
    Divide batter evenely into muffin cups.
    Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in
    the center comes out clean and dry.
    Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before
    turning out.

    Yield: 24 muffins
