List of Ingredients




10 ml (2 tsp.) horsetail tincture,
(Equisetum arvense).
20 drops of thyme essential oil (Thymus
vulgaris)
20 drops tea tree essential oil, (Melaleuca
alternifolia)
2.5 ml (0.5 tsp.) St. John's Wort, infused
oil. (Hypericum perfoliata) Note-Olive oil
can be substituted
25 grams or 1 oz of emulsifying cream or
any good, neutral hand cream.


Recipe



Add the ingredients, one by one to the cream.
Add slowly and stir continuously. This make
about 50 ml of nail bed cream.

This cream will help with infected nails which
have discolored and become misshapen. Rub,
sparingly but well into the skin around the
nails twice daily. Use the cream continuously
for a month to eradicate the fungal infection.
