TUNA STUFFED SHELLS

12 large shells, cooked and drained
1 can tuna in water, drained
6 ounces Ricotta cheese
8 ounces American cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
Recipe
Combine drained tuna and Ricotta cheese. Mix well.
Stuff each shell with mixture and place stuffed side
down in greased baking dish.
Melt American cheese in the milk. (I use the microwave,
stirring frequently until mixture is smooth and
cheese completely melted.)
Pour over stuffed shells and bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes
or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with a salad and rolls.
