3 cups flour
1-1/3 cups vegetable shortening
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
Mix flour, salt and baking powder together. Cut in shortening until
mixture is the consistency of small peas.
In a separate, small bowl, combine eggs, milk and lemon juice. Mix
well. Add to flour mixture. Mix to desired consistency and roll on a
well floured board.
Dough may be handled without becoming tough.
Makes 3 9-inch pie crusts.
