1 (5 oz.) jar Kraft Old English sharp pasteurized process cheese spread
(comes in small glass jar)
2 eggs, separated
2 T. chopped pimiento
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
4 C. hot mashed potatoes
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add process cheese spread, egg yolks, pimiento and parsley to potatoes
and mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a 1 1/2
Quart casserole dish. Bake 55 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
