MICROWAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES

1-1/2 c. milk
2 c. leftover pieces of baked ham
4 c. sliced potatoes
2/3 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Recipe
Put milk in 2 cup measure. Cook, covered with waxed paper, on HIGH for
2 to 3 minutes, or just long enough tow arm milk. Put a layer of ham
in bottom of a 3 quart glass casserole. Add a layer of potatoes and
onions. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Add
another layer of ham, potatoes and onions. Pour warm milk over layers.
Sprinkle with paprika. Cook, covered on HIGH for 10 minutes. Cook,
uncovered on ROAST for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Cover
loosely with plastic wrap and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
