Parmesan Potatoes

6 potatoes
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Nonstick spray
2 T. margarine
Recipe
Peel and quarter the potatoes. Let stand in cold water until ready to
use.
Combine the flour, cheese and salt and pepper. Set aside. Coat a baking
sheet
with nonstick spray, then place the margarine on the baking sheet and
put it in
the oven just until the margarine is melted. Drain the potatoes and pat
dry.
Roll them in the reserved cheese mixture. Arrange them on the prepared
baking
sheet and bake at 400 until browned, about 1 hour, turning them once.
