    Sweet Potato Casserole

    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs

    Mix and pour into buttered dish.

    --TOPPING:--

    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts

    Mix topping and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees
    for 35
    minutes. This can be mixed one day and cooked the next.
