Crisp Chicken Nuggets

2 lbs. chicken breasts
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups cornflake crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
Recipe
Split, skin and bone breasts, then cut in 1-1/2" squares. Combine
crumbs with seasonings, dip in butter, then roll in crumbs. Place in
a single layer on foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 400 for 10
minutes. Serve hot or cold.
