List of Ingredients
3 lbs chicken wings (I used drumsticks and it turned out fine..wings
are
just too damn expensive and anyway to save money I'm all for)
1 garlic clove minced ( I have a bottle I bought at the dollar store of
minced garlic you just need like 1/2 tsp of it... much easier than
buying
fresh and mincing it)
1 c cubed pineapple ( I just used tidbits and saved the juice to make
my
rice with and I used the whole can of pineapple not just 1 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup of soya sauce
2 T veg. oil
Recipe
Cut the wing into pieces and put in the slowcooker. Combine all other
ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour the sauce over the chicken and
cook
on low for 6-7 hours. Serve with rice. YUMMY!!!!
Just a note though. Take the skin off of the legs b/c I found that it
created a bit of oil I had to skim off. The skin doesn't really stay on
very
well anyway. Also you don't need much of the sauce on your rice when
you eat
b/c it is very sweet...I found out the hard way.
