List of Ingredients
2 3/4 to 3 pound chicken, cut in serving portions
flour
salt and pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
corn meal or fine cracker meal
Recipe
Cook seasoned chicken until almost done. Drain and cool. Roll in
flour. Dip in combined eggs and milk and roll in corn meal or fine
cracker meal. Set heat to 400 degrees and heat oil. Fry 4 to 5
minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
