Rich Turkey Ragout

List of Ingredients
2 T. oil
1 lb. raw turkey, cut into chunks (about 3/4 c.)
12 oz. mixed frozen small whole onions, baby carrots and cut French
beans
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 (10 oz.) can condensed consommé
1 1/2 c. sm. button mushrooms
1 lb. can navy beans, drained and rinsed
2 T. chopped parsley
Recipe
Heat oil in heavy based saucepan, add
turkey and fry until golden on all sides.
Add the frozen vegetables and fry for 2
min. Season to taste, then stir in soup.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 min. Add
mushrooms and beans and simmer for
1 min. to heat through. Serve hot, sprinkle
with parsley. Serves 4.
