1 1/2 cups stuffing mix -- finely crushed
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese -- grated
1/4 cup butter -- melted
1 clove garlic -- minced
5 chicken breast half without skin -- boned
(6 - 8 ounces each)
Recipe
In a shallow dish, combine the stuffing crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
In another shallow dish, combine butter and garlic. Dip chicken in
butler mixture, the coat with stuffing mixture. Places in a greased
13x9x2" backing dish.
Sprinkle with remaining stuffing mixture and drizzle with remaining
butter mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes or
until chicken juices run clear.
