    1 1/4 c Sugar
    1/2 c Butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c Banana Pulp
    1/2 c Buttermilk
    1 tsp Vanilla
    2 1/2 c Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt
    1 c Chpped nuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease bottom of loaf pan. Mix sugar and butter.
    Stir in eggs until well blended. Add bananas, Buttermilk and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth. Stir in rest just until moist. Bake 1 1/4 hours cool
    on a wire rack.
