    We are using some of three huge zucchinis a neighbor gave
    us.
    we are batter frying 6 thin slices.
    In between 2 fried hot slices slices spread red italian
    sauce and add 1 ounce mozerrella cheese per sandwich. Great
    served on homemade hamburger buns.
