Spicy Spaghetti or Noodles

SERVES 2 AS A SNACK. WOULD ALSO BE GOOD FRIED CRUNCHY.
List of Ingredients
6 oz (175 g) spaghetti or egg noodles, cooked and cooled
2 tbsp Hazelnut oil
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Home Made Curry Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
1-3 fresh green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp chopped fresh Mint leaves
Salt to taste
Recipe
Pour the oils over the cold spaghetti or
noodles and mix in well.
Add all the other ingredients, tossing well.
Serve on a salad bed with a twist of lemon.
Variation:
Add cooked, sliced beef, shredded or chopped
chicken or small shrimps.
