TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and remove the fibers from seeds. Dry
on paper towels. Mix seeds with oil or melted butter, about 1
tablespoon
per cup of seeds. Spread on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake
30
to 35 minutes, stirring once or twice.
This is a wonderful treat while carving the pumpkin on Halloween. You
may also do this with squash seeds.
