Don Pablo's Tortilla Soup

List of Ingredients
a.. Two 14 1/2 oz. cans chicken broth, might use reduced sodium since
chips are salted
b.. 1 cup prepared mild or med. tomato salsa
c.. 1 cup dried tomato halves, snipped into thin strips
d.. 1 tsp. ground cumin
e.. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
f.. 2 tbls. lime juice
g.. 2 cups broken tortilla chips
h.. 7 oz. can vacuum-packed corn kernels
i.. 1 small avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch dice
j.. 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
Recipe
1) In 2-qt. saucepan, mix broth, salsa, dried tomatoes and cumin.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently, 8 to 10 minutes, until
dried tomatoes are tender.
(2) Mix in 2 tbls. of the cilantro and the lime juice. Ladle hot soup
into four bowls, dividing equally. Divide the remaining cilantro, the
tortilla chips, corn, avocado and cheese amoung four bowls.
