Easy Veggie soup

1/2 to 1 # of lean ground beef
1/4 C. dried onion flakes
1/4 t. pepper
Brown this together In a large pot.
Add.
1 bag of slaw mix
4 C. watter
8 or more beef or chicken Bouillon cubes
Bring to a boil and And cook for 15 min.
Add any or all of the following:
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) each of the following,
Corn
Green beans
Carrots
Beans ( navy, lima, kidney, black eyed peas, butter, or garbanzo) Rinse
and drained. use 2 cans of your choice.
2 Cans (14 1/2 oz. potatoes diced
Add more water if needed to be soup for every cup of water add another
bouillon cube. Bring to a boil , skim froth from top as needed. Reduce
to simmer and simmer for 15 to 30 min. stir ever few min .
At this point ,
You can also add rice, barley or pasta to the soup about 1/2 cup and
cook til done. see your package for time.
