Potato Chowder

2 cups cubed, uncooked potatoes
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fat
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup light cream
Recipe
Cook potatoes, onions and garlic in hot fat until potatoes are
transparent (not Tender), stirring occasionally. Add soup, tomatoes
and seasonings. Cover. Simmer until potatoes are tender, about 25
minutes. Add cream. Serve at once. Serves 4.
