Roasted Garlic Turkey Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 c. sm. broccoli flowerets
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/2 c. chopped peeled potato or 1/2 c. loose pack frozen diced hash
brown potatoes
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked turkey or chicken
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of roasted garlic soup
1 1/2 t. snipped fresh basil
Recipe
In a lg. saucepan, combine broccoli,
carrot, potato, water, and onion. Bring
to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered,
about 6 min. or until vegs. are tender.
Do not drain. Stir in milk, turkey, soup
and basil. Cook and stir over med. heat
until heated through.
