1. Stir flour in storage container.
2. Lightly spoon flour into
graduated measuring cup until
full. Do not pack flour in cup.
3. Pull straight edge of knife
across cup to level flour.

*Don't measure flour over mixing
bowl; spilling will throw off
measurement.
*Place measured amounts in
separate piles in mixing bowl to
make count easier.
*If recipe calls for sifted flour,
flour must be sifted before
