2 pkg. (10 oz. ea.) frozen mixed vegs.
2 c. milk
1 T. grated onion
1 t. dried parsley flakes
1/2 t. salt
3 drops liquid red pepper seasoning
4 eggs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) process American cheese, shredded
Recipe
Cook mixed vegs.; drain. Spoon into a 6 c.
baking dish. Scald milk with onion, parsley
flakes, salt and liquid red pepper seasoning
in a sm. saucepan. Beat eggs slightly in a
med. size bowl; slowly stir in milk mixture.
Sprinkle cheese over vegs. in baking dish; pour
egg mixture over top. Set dish in a baking pan
on oven shelf; pour boiling water into pan to a
depth of about 1". Bake at 350° 50 min. or
until set in center. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
