    List of Ingredients




    2 med. onions, thinly sliced
    1 sm. green pepper, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 jar (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 T. margarine or butter
    2 c. buttermilk baking mix
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg
    1/2 t. salt

    Recipe



    Cook and stir onions, green pepper and
    mushrooms in margarine until tender.
    Mix baking mix, milk and 1 egg; spread in
    greased 9x9x2" pan. Spread onion
    mixture on top; sprinkle with cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour on top.
    Cook uncovered in 400° oven until
    golden, 30 to 35 min. Makes 6 servings.
