2 tb Butter or Margarine
2 c Small Fresh Mushrooms
1/3 c Sliced Sweet Onion
1/2 ts Dried Marjoram Leaves
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Dry White Wine
2 tb Grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add all
remaining
ingredients except Parmesan cheese; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until
mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese.
