2 eggs
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and totally drained
1 c flour
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 lb jack cheese grated
1/2 stick of butter


Recipe



Mix eggs and milk together, add flour and salt, then fold in spinach
and
cheese.

In a 375 oven, put the butter in a 9x13 pan for ten minutes or until
it's melted, then top with the above mixture. Bake about 40 minutes, or
until it's nice and brown on top.
