Sweet potato soufflé

List of Ingredients
4 large sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
¾ cup of sugar
a dash of nutmeg
a dash of cinnamon
a dash of ginger powder
a dash of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tsp of vanilla
Combine the above ingredients and put in a well greased or sprayed
pan
½ cup of flour
½ cup of sugar
¾ cup of brown sugar
½ cup of butter, melted
combine the next four ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over
potato
mixture
1 pkg of flaked coconut
2 tablespoon milk
add milk to coconut a little at a time until all the coconut is wet.
(this will keep the coconut from drying out or browning too much
while
the casserole is cooking)
Sprinkle on the top.
Recipe
Bake at 350 for about thirty minutes or until bubbly. Tastes good
warm
or cold.
