Chicken Rice Squares for 24

List of Ingredients
10 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey (3 lbs.)
5 c. chicken broth
4 c. cooked rice
11 beaten eggs
2 med. onions, chopped (1 c.)
1 lg. green pepper, chopped (1 c.)
1 (4 oz.) can (1/2 c.) chopped pimiento
1 T. salt
1/2 t. pepper
4 c. soft bread crumbs
4 c. milk
3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cr. of mushroom soup
Recipe
Combine first 9 ingredients in lg. kettle.
Combine the bread crumbs and 3 c. of
the milk. Add to chicken mixture and stir
only until ingredients are well blended.
Turn into 2 greased 13x9x2" metal baking
pans. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
Combine soup with remaining 1 c. milk for
Mushroom Sauce: heat. Pass sauce.
Makes 24 servings.
