    4 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen cut green beans
    4 (1 lb.) cans (8 c.) whole kernel corn, drained
    4 (1 lb.) cans cream style corn
    4 c. soft bread crumbs (about 6 slices bread)
    4 beaten eggs
    2 T. instant minced onion
    4 t. dry mustard
    4 t. dried basil, crushed
    2 t. salt
    1/8 t. pepper
    3 lbs. boneless cooked ham, sliced 1/2" thick
    2 (6 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained (2 c.)

    Recipe



    Add frozen beans to boiling salt water;
    return just to boiling and drain. Set
    beans aside. combine next 9 ingredients.
    Cube 1 lb. of the ham; stir into corn
    mixture. Stir in green beans and
    mushrooms. Put into 2 (3 qt. casseroles.
    Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour. Cut
    remaining ham into 24 serving size pieces.
    Arrange 12 atop each casserole. Bake 30
    min. more. Serves 24.
