Hamburger Cheese Bake for 24

16 oz. med. noodles
2 lb. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 T. sugar
2 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 bunches green onions with tops (14 onions), sliced (1 c.)
1 med. green pepper, chopped (3/4 c.)
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Cook noodles in lg. amount boiling salted
water; drain. Cook beef till brown. Stir in
tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt,
and pepper. Remove from heat. Combine
cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour
cream, green onion, and green pepper.
Spread half the noodles in two 13x9x2"
baking dishes. Moisten noodles with some
of the meat sauce. Cover with cheese
mixture; top with remaining noodles, then
meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake covered at 375° for 45 min. Serves
