Hot Turkey Bean Salad for 25

11 c. diced cooked turkey
5 c. thinly sliced celery
3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
10 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded (2 1/2 c.)
4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
8 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
6 oz. potato chips, crushed (3 c.)
Recipe
Combine turkey, celery, beans, and
cheese. Blend together mayonnaise,
pickle relish, lemon juice, salt, and
pepper. Add to turkey mixture; add
eggs. Blend lightly. Turn into two
13x9x2" metal baking pans. Top with
crushed potato chips. Bake in a 350°
oven for 35 to 40 min., or till heated
through. Makes 25 (1 c.) servings.
