Fighting Dragon Hot Chinese Mustard

1 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. vinegar
1/2 cup light cream
Recipe
In a small bowl, blend the seasonings with the vinegar, mixing until
smooth.
Add the cream and mix well. Hot, but so good for barbecued Chinese pork
or
anything you want to dip into a little excitement.
