Burrito Casserole

Brown 1lb. hamburger and drain.
Add a package of taco or enchilada seasoning (and water if package calls for it).
Add a can of refried beans.
Add about 6oz of shredded cheddar cheese.
Add a jar or partial jar of Pace/taco sauce of some kind.
Stir in pan until all is pretty mixed and warm.
Spray Pam (or other) on bottom and sides of 9x13 pan.
Using 6-inch tortillas, put some of above mixture in each and roll closed. (I make them big and not very neat. It won't matter in a minute anyways).
Lay them in the pan as many as you can til you run out of meat mixture.
Top with a thick layer of shredded cheddar cheese and cover and bake at any ol' temp for 30 min. or so.
