    8 pc chicken or 1 cut up chicken
    1/2 of a large bag of potato chips, crushed
    1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
    Garlic powder to taste

    Recipe



    Melt butter in dish; put crushed potato chips in another dish or large ziploc bag. Dip chicken into melted butter, then coat with chips and place on foil lined baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder and bake in 375 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
