Oreo & Fudge Ice Cream "Cake"

I'm not even that big on chocolate but this is absolutely scrumptious!
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ice cream fudge topping, warmed
- 1 tub cool whip
- 1 package jell-o chocolate pudding and pie filling
- 8 oreo cookies
- 12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches
Instructions
- Pour the fudge topping into a bowl. Stir in 1 cup of the cool whip with a wire whisk until it's blended. Add in the dry pudding mix; stir to blend well. It it's too thick to spread, stir in 1/4 cup of milk.
- Chop the oreo cookies into chunks. Stir into the pudding mixture.
- Arrange four of the ice cream sandwiches, side by side, on a 24x12" piece of foil; top with half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Top the pudding mixture with the remaining 4 ice cream sandwiches.
- Frost the top and sides with the remaining cool whip.
- Bring up the foil sides. Double fold top and ends to loosely seal the packet. Freeze at least 4 hours before serving. Let stand at room temperature a few minutes to make slicing easier.
