12 ounce can of beer
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup salad oil
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. Dijon mustard
1/2 t. Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 pound sirloin steak, 2 to 3 inches thick
salt and pepper
Recipe
Mix all ingredients except steak, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Brush on steak. Grill steak on white hot coals for 15 minutes on each side, basting frequently with the sauce. Season steak with salt and pepper. Serve steak hot with the sauce on the side.
