Steak Soft Tacos

List of Ingredients
1 lb. boneless top sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cups water
1 cup salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cups Minute rice
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sour cream
8 to 12 flour tortillas (6-8 inch)
Recipe
Heat oil in skillet. Add steak; cook until lightly browned. Stir in water, salsa, and seasoning mix. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand five minutes. Spoon steak mixture evenly onto tortillas; top with cheese and sour cream. Fold up sides to enclose filling. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
