Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
2 cups thinly sliced cooked beef (or pork)
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cracked pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 or 3 drops liquid smokeRecipe
Combine ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours. Remove and discard bay leaf. Serve hot over Frenc rolls or buttered toast. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
