Barbecued Turkey Legs

4 uncooked turkey drumsticks*
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hickory smoke salt
1 tbsp. instant minced onionRecipe
Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours. If turkey legs are small, serve one thigh or one drumstick per person; if large, slice off cooked meat and serve with sauce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
*Use 4 thighs, 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs, or 4 drumsticks. Drumsticks may get done first, so check them before the thighs. Cooking time on both parts will vary with size. Use smaller size parts in smaller crockpot.
